
IL FORNELLO, the Golden Horseshoe’s preeminent casual, fine dining Italian restaurant group offers wood fired baked pizza, pasta and more and features a complete plant-based menu including vegan pizza and vegan pasta as well as gluten-free dining options.
IL FORNELLO’s busiest days are typically weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun) but they want more people to visit and dine in Monday – Thursday. So this is the outcome of the Instagram campaign.
The #Live5to9 campaign is designed to encourage people to dine at IL FORNELLO during the weekdays, specifically from 5 PM to 9 PM. The campaign highlights a special offer: customers can get a pizza for just $12 during these hours.
As part of a team project, I was responsible for managing the Instagram aspect of the campaign. I created engaging posts and stories, including a motion graphic of a pizza as a clock to highlight the offer. Our goal is to enhance weekday dining experiences and attract more guests to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere and great food.
In addition, I contributed to a separate Veganuary campaign promoting plant-based menu and a free vegan side menu throughout January. For this project, I created local paper advertisements, postcards, and Instagram posts to highlight this offer and engage with health-conscious diners.
